Mr. Rooter Support Team

Schedule: Sunday- Thursday. 7am-3:30pm

Position Objective: To be a great contributor to the support team and its efforts to support daily operations no matter that task or project. Main focus will be to partner with our Truck & Tool Fleet Manager and assist him to focus his time on doing in house repairs. This will also include huddling and developing with the team to come up with a system to keep track of all tools, keys, trucks that need maintenance or repairs.

Experience/Description of responsibilities we are looking to be assisted with:

Driving: Experience driving larger box plumbing trucks, pulling trailers a plus but not required. Picking up parts and making deliveries out in the field.

General Truck & Tool Maintenance: Basic Mechanical Skills (Do you do your own Maintenance on your car?) that involve simple service maintenance on tools and Trucks.

Computer Literacy: Experience with Microsoft Office in order to help the support the team in creating a system to support the Truck & Tool Fleet Manager in tracking Truck & Tool fleets top areas of focus.

Specialty Parts Order Researcher: Assist in researching specialty parts need to complete a plumbing job in the field. Typically finding a vendor and price for a special application. Then placing order if estimate is approved in the field.

Warehouse- Cross Trained: Will be expected to run WillCall counter in the warehouse, pull truck restock orders and know how to receive stock material.

Daily Operations- Cross Trained: Daily facility maintenance support tasks.

Compensation: $15-$18
