The ideal candidate for this position will having the following traits:

The specific job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answer service-related calls, booking service whenever possible.
Accurate data entry of service calls and related information.
Prioritize and assign service calls to technicians.
Dispatch and debrief technicians regarding each job and specific details.
Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to technicians in field.
Scheduling unfinished or sold work order appointments for customers.
Coordination of scheduling with customers depending on load and availability.
Resolving customer concerns or issues with the highest standard of customer service.
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
